Working together
A project starts once we both agree the scope, timeline and fee in writing. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Payments
I usually ask for a deposit before starting and the balance on delivery. Invoices are due within the number of days stated on them.
Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds listed in the proposal. Further rounds are charged at an agreed rate.
Ownership and credit
When the final invoice is paid, you own the finished work I deliver to you. Until then I keep ownership of it. I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
Confidentiality
I treat the information you share as confidential and use it only for your project.
Liability
I take care with every project, but I cannot be held responsible for losses that come from how finished work is used after delivery.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
