Using furniture, fabrics and decor in different materials and colour palettes, we give each room type its own character, from tropical suites with curved sofas and sea views to vintage lofts with patterned walls. The walls and floors stay calm, so the furniture sets the mood.

Challenge

Hotel rooms often look the same. Each room type needed its own character without rebuilding walls and floors.

Approach

Walls and floors stay calm and neutral. Furniture, fabrics and decor in different materials and palettes set the mood, from tropical suites with curved sofas to vintage lofts with patterned walls.

Outcome

The new identity launched on schedule and has since been rolled out across every channel by the client's own team, with no outside help needed for the last three campaigns.

Every room type feels distinct, and guests recognise the room they booked from the photos. Changing furniture and textiles refreshes a room without a renovation.
